Terms of Service

By accessing or using AlphaLoop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlphaLoop. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.

By using our Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

AlphaLoop provides MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) analytics and intelligence services for the Solana blockchain, including:

• Real-time MEV detection and analysis
• Bot intelligence and classification
• Wallet analytics and performance tracking
• Market opportunity identification
• Historical data access and analysis
• API access for programmatic data retrieval

Our services are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and our services should not be construed as such.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Subscription Plans

AlphaLoop offers various subscription tiers with different features and access levels. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits
• Scrape or harvest data through unauthorized means
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purposes

API Usage

If you have API access, you must comply with our API rate limits and usage guidelines. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in suspension of access.

Our Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, software, and analytics, is the property of AlphaLoop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Platform. Blockchain data can be subject to delays, errors, or omissions.

No Investment Advice

The data and analytics provided are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

Data Usage

You may use the data accessed through the Platform for lawful purposes only. Redistribution or resale of data without authorization is strictly prohibited.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable

In no event shall AlphaLoop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• We discontinue the Platform

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaLoop is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in our jurisdiction for any actions not subject to arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
